Thousands of Microsoft customers hit by large-scale malfunction

Thousands of Microsoft customers could not have access to Outlook, including E -mail and other services, after Microsoft 365 had experienced a malfunction on Saturday afternoon.

Shortly after the services had recovered at around 4.40 pm, the company announced that “it had identified a potential cause of impact” and returned the suspected code.

Many went to social media to report problems with Outlook -e -Mail, agendas and other Microsoft 365 applications.
