NBA fans respond to Pistons Rookie that is heated with Russell Westbrook

At the start of the second quarter of Friday’s matchup between the Detroit Pistons and the Denver Nuggets it became a bit testy between the Rookie Ron Holland and the experienced veteran Russell Westbrook.

The two players became entangled when the nuggets regained the possession of the ball after getting a defensive rebound. Westbrook ended up on the floor, with Holland who stepped over him and stayed in the space of the veteran.

Multiple Nuggets players flew over to step for Holland and took control of the situation. Westbrook, who is not someone to withdraw from someone, exchanged words with Holland after he got up quickly, but he did not take the situation further from his end, which helped him to avoid a technology.
