Microsoft Outlook -Loss: Tens of thousands of Microsoft 365 customers complained on Saturday that they had problems with services such as Outlook.
Users placed screenshots and complained that services such as Outlook crash and they were recorded from their E -mail accounts.
Xbox Services, which are also owned by Microsoft, were also confronted with problems, some users said on social media.
“Even the use of the Authenticator app for Outlook results in an error message due to the current malfunction,” a user posted on X.
“I had to change my password 3 times until I checked #x that #outlook has been matched. WTH @Microsoft, “said another.
According to a CNN report, the complaints of the malfunction started in 3.30 pm with users who reported problems on Down detector, a website that follows malfunctions.
The malfunction reports on the website for Microsoft 365, in particular Outlook, peaked around 4 p.m. with around 37,000 complaints, the Media -Outlet said.
Then the Microsoft dropped out and some users said that services had been restored for them.
“I thought I had hacked my prospects, it appears that the entire Microsoft platform is hacked. Thank goodness it is not personal, “placed an X user.
Some users even pointed out that the website of the Microsoft Service Status has shown that everything was fine, even though thousands of users complained about the outlook failure.
“What is the use of this Microsoft service status pages if they show the wrong status when the whole world tweet about Outlook that doesn’t work,” said a user.
Microsoft responds
In a series of messages on X, Microsoft said that it “a problem investigated” that may have affected its users.
